If you removed your Instagram account before and now you need to recover it, you must understand that according to Instagram’s policy, you can’t take back your previous Instagram account nor the username that you employed before.
Still, if you disabled it temporarily, you can reactivate your account at any time.
How to reactive your Instagram account?
1- Open your Instagram App
To reactivate the account that you have been disabled temporarily, you just need to log onto back your account.
This progress may seem very simple, but it can be more complicated than it looks. Instagram is very strict about reactivating accounts. Remember that if you deactivate your Instagram account temporarily, the platform disables it only for one week.
2- Enter your username and password
If these credentials successfully restore your disabled Instagram account, it means that your Instagram account is active again!
If on the other hand, this method didn’t work out and you couldn’t sign in to your account, you’ll need to reset your password and then try logging in again.
